For clients looking for the full service experience
Custom design and project management, this is a full luxury turn key service with final reveal. We bill a flat fee per room, using our Letter of Agreement to outline our terms of service for Phase 1 of the design plans. This first phase takes clients to the point of presentation. In Phase 2 comes the implementation stage, which we charge by the hour.
Once client’s have approved plans, we then place/track orders; arrange delivery and are present for the install on the big reveal day!
